Yes. Trehaus provides projectors, screens, a PA system, whiteboards, and Wi-Fi, with equipment varying by space. AV add-ons are charged per event: $50 for a portable speaker with wired microphone, $50 for a portable LED projector and screen, and $50 for Bluetooth speakers. The full AV system, including LED wall, four screens, four built-in speakers and a wireless microphone, is $200 with a $500 refundable deposit. Prices exclude GST.
Trehaus is at Funan, 109 North Bridge Road, and the mall has a public car park with direct lift access to level seven. The venue is also a five-minute walk from City Hall MRT on the East-West and North-South lines.
Yes. Trehaus offers site visits by appointment for anyone considering a venue booking at 109 North Bridge Road, Funan. Most enquirers visit before confirming, and it is worth doing if layout or flow matters to your event. As easy as dropping us a Whatsapp and see how we can support you.
Yes. Any event you can think of, Trehaus can make it happen. From conceptualization to execution. Through a partnership with Milk & Honey Event Design, Trehaus offers full event planning, including styling, catering coordination, entertainment and even photography. You can rent the space alone or hand over the whole event.

A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit of the total has been paid and a signed venue rental agreement returned. That deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due at least two weeks before the event date. A separate refundable venue deposit of $200 is also collected, returned within two weeks of the event unless there is damage to Trehaus property.
Yes. Trehaus hosts full-month, 100-day and first birthday celebrations regularly, with spaces from 20 to 180 guests. The supervised indoor playground means older siblings and cousins have somewhere to go, and there’s a private nursing room on site — which matters when half your guest list arrived with a newborn.
Yes. Trehaus hosts solemnisations and small wedding celebrations, with the Event Hall seating up to 180 and smaller spaces suited to intimate ceremonies of 20 to 60. Couples arrange their own licensed solemniser and ROM registration; Trehaus provides the venue, AV including microphone and speakers, and event planning through Milk & Honey Event Design if you’d like the styling handled.
Yes. Trehaus spaces are available for yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation, prenatal and postnatal classes, and workshops, on one-off or recurring bookings. The Studio holds up to 30 and the Forums up to 120, with a two-hour minimum. Practitioners who work with parents can hold sessions while children are supervised in the playground next door.
Yes. Trehaus hosts seminars, workshops, training days, town halls, networking sessions, product launches and exhibitions, for groups from 20 to 180. The Event Hall and East Forum have stages, and a full AV system with LED wall, four screens and wireless microphone is available. Catering can be coordinated, and Funan sits five minutes from City Hall MRT.
Yes. Trehaus hosts christenings, family reunions, church groups, community meet-ups, parenting groups and school events. Spaces run from 20 to 180 guests, with an indoor playground supervised for up to 25 children, which lets adults stay in the conversation rather than watching the door
Yes. Trehaus spaces are available for photo shoots, brand content days and video production, including The Glass House for 20 and the Studio for 30. Bookings are hourly, with a two-hour minimum for most spaces. Set-up and pack-down count towards booked time.
