At Trehaus, we believe that access to quality early childhood education should never depend on where a child is born or the financial circumstances of their family. Through Trehaus Gives, we make our educational programmes more accessible by providing needs-based subsidies that help schools and organisations bring high-quality early childhood education to the communities that need it most.

Trehaus Gives exists to remove financial barriers that prevent schools and communities from accessing high-quality early childhood education.
Rather than providing grants or operating as a fundraising foundation, Trehaus Gives supports schools by offering needs-based subsidies for Trehaus programmes and Little Lab solutions.
Using our Subsidy Determination Model, we assess each school’s circumstances to determine the level of support required.
Schools are evaluated using factors such as:
- Organisation type
- Geographic location
- Student demographics
- Financial need
This allows support to reach the schools and communities where it can create the greatest impact.

One of these partners is the Bridge the Gap Project.
Bridge the Gap provides needs-based grant funding to organisations serving vulnerable communities.
As an education partner, Trehaus helps identify schools and organisations that could benefit from additional support while providing the educational programmes, technology, teacher training, and implementation expertise needed to maximise the impact of those grants. This alignment is intentional: Trehaus’s Co-founder and CEO also founded Bridge the Gap Project, so both organisations share direct, on-the-ground visibility into which schools and communities need support most, rather than relying on second-hand referrals.

By 2032, we aim to reach one million children through our subsidy determination model, helping make high-quality preschool education more accessible around the world.
We also work alongside partners, including Bridge the Gap Project, to connect schools and communities with additional funding opportunities that help expand educational access.
Pakistan 2024 & 2025:
A Case Study in Scalable Impact
In partnership with the Institute of Social and Policy Sciences (ISAPS), Trehaus launched a pilot across government schools in Punjab, Pakistan.
By combining needs-based subsidies with the Little Lab platform, we’ve expanded from 50 schools in 2024 to 170 schools in 2025, helping thousands more children and educators benefit from high-quality early childhood education.
This pilot demonstrates the real-world impact of Trehaus’s subsidy model. By expanding access to educational technology, teacher training, and curriculum resources, schools can strengthen learning outcomes and create lasting change for children and their communities.
